Material Data

We use fused silica (FS), various optical Schott glasses (N-BK7®) and various crystals (CaF2, YAG) as substrate materials. Please look below to find some further details for those, our most used materials.

  • High quality polishing (rms-roughness about 2Å) available

Properties

  • High transmission from UV to NIR
  • Very good homogeneity
  • Small thermal expansion coefficient
  • Resistent against laser induced damage
