LAYERTEC renews certification for the Sustainability Agreement Thuringia (NAThüringen)

On September 5, 2025, LAYERTEC received the new certificate for participation in the Sustainability Agreement Thuringia (NAThüringen) during the visit of Minister President Prof. Dr. Mario Voigt and the Erfurt Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The ceremonial presentation took place alongside the recognition of our 35^th company anniversary and represents an important sign of appreciation for us.

LAYERTEC has been a participant in the Sustainability Agreement since October 1, 2018. This voluntary agreement between politics, administration, and business aims to jointly advance sustainable development in Thuringia.

The renewed certification underscores our ongoing commitment to sustainability and complements existing initiatives such as the berufundfamilie certificate, which recognizes our family-conscious HR policies – including flexible working hours, remote work options, and a variety of employee support programs.

For us, this certification is not only recognition but also motivation:

Environmental responsibility through resource-efficient operations and energy efficiency
Social responsibility through a family-friendly and respectful working environment
Future resilience through the integration of sustainable strategies across all business areas

In the years ahead, LAYERTEC will continue to actively implement the principles of NAThüringen – by expanding energy-efficient processes, strengthening sustainable corporate structures, and working closely with partners and initiatives across the region.
