Sustainability and Social Responsibility at LAYERTEC

Since October 1, 2018, we have proudly participated in NAThüringen, a significant sustainability agreement in the Thuringian region that unites politics, administration, and business for sustainable development. Our participation is based on the berufundfamilie certificate, which recognizes our family-conscious personnel policies.

This certificate confirms our ongoing efforts to create a family-friendly work environment. This includes flexible working hours, remote work options, and support services for parents. Our membership in NAThüringen has already been renewed once, underscoring our commitment to our employees and their families.
